Free shipping on all orders.

    Tracking Your Order:

    • Once we ship your order, you’ll receive your tracking number via email. 

    Processing Times:

    • Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
    • Wholesale orders are processed within 2-3 working days. If there are delays, you’ll be informed by your Account Manager or via email. For any questions, contact your Account Manager or Customer Service.

    Delivery Times:

    • Delivery typically takes 1-2 working days. Please note, long weekends and public holidays may add an extra day.

    Saturday Delivery:

    • If you need urgent Saturday delivery, please discuss with your account manager.

    Overnight Shipping:

    • Most orders placed by 10 AM Monday to Friday will often qualify for next-day delivery. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day. If you need your order urgently, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

    Delayed Orders:

    • If your order hasn’t arrived within a week, please reach out so we can assist.

    International Shipping

    Shipping Methods:

    • We ship via DHL Express, with competitive rates displayed at checkout.
    • For larger, palletised orders, contact your account executive to arrange a quote with a freight forwarder.

    Important Notes:

    • Due to IATA regulations, we cannot ship batteries or battery-containing devices internationally.
    • Shipping costs do not include any customs fees or import taxes your local government may impose.
