General Information

  • There is a minimum order quantity of $200, including GST.

  • ALL orders under $500 will be a charge of $20 for shipping to the North Island, and Economy for South Island.

  • If your order is under $1000 and over $500, you get free Economy shipping into the South Island, or you can pay $20 for overnight shipping.

  • If your order is over $1000, your shipping into the South Island will be free.

 

Shipping Frequently Asked Questions

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is confirmed, the courier will send you an email for notification and order tracking. If you did not receive an email, please contact hello@vapetraders.co.nz.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE FOR ORDERS UNDER $500?

All orders under $500 will be charged a $20 shipping fee.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR ORDERS BETWEEN $500 AND $1000?

For orders between $500 and $1000, customers have two options:

  • Free Economy shipping to the South Island.

  • Overnight shipping with a $20 service fee.

WHEN ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME FOR MY ORDER?

With Wholesale orders, from the time of purchase, there is a 2-3 working day processing time where we will get your order shipped (excluding extraordinary events, public / statutory holidays), if there are to be delays, you will be informed of these by your Account Manager or various EDMs. If you have any queries regarding process times, feel free to contact either your Account Manager or our Customer Service team at hello@vapetraders.co.nz.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERIES TO COME?

On average, deliveries take 1-2 working days. However, please keep in mind that long weekends and bank holidays may add an additional day to the delivery time.

CAN YOU SHIP ON SATURDAYS?

Please contact your account manager to discuss the possibility of shipping on Saturdays.

HOW DOES OVERNIGHT SHIPPING WORK?

Our courier can deliver your package the next day as long as the order is placed before 10 AM on Mondays to Fridays. Please note that the team does not work on Saturdays and Sundays, which means that if the order is placed on a Saturday, overnight shipping is not possible.

CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Please put a draft order and contact your account manager.
